Use of the Site

Prompt Seen is a prompt discovery and content site. It provides AI photo editing prompts and related articles for browsing, copying, inspiration, and educational use.

Prompt Seen is not an AI generation service. Any images or outputs you create are generated through third-party tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, or other AI platforms. You are responsible for how you use those third-party tools and any generated outputs.

Content

Prompt examples, images, categories, and article content may be added, changed, or removed over time. We try to publish prompts that are useful and appropriate, but we do not guarantee that every prompt will produce the same result in every AI tool.

When you copy prompts from Prompt Seen and use them with third-party AI platforms, your use of those platforms and generated outputs is your responsibility. You should not use prompts or outputs in a way that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, or intended to infringe the rights of others.

Commercial Use and Rights

Whether you can use AI-generated outputs commercially depends on the third-party AI platform terms, the source materials you use, and any applicable copyright, trademark, publicity, personality, or similar rights. Prompt Seen does not grant rights in third-party tools, brands, people, characters, images, or materials that you do not already have the right to use.

The service is provided as is and as available. Prompt Seen does not provide professional, legal, copyright, or business advice. Prompt results may vary depending on the AI platform, model version, input image, settings, and other factors.

Governing Law

Prompt Seen is currently operated by an individual site operator. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the site operator, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your location provide otherwise. The governing law and jurisdiction may be updated if Prompt Seen later operates through a formal legal entity.
